STONE HARBOR SUPERVISED THE PLANNING, DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION of a new 12,000 sq. ft. boathouse on the Mianus River. The facility includes three bays for boat and equipment storage, maintenance area, locker rooms, coaches’ office, viewing deck, and exercise room. The Boathouse had to be built within tight time and operational constraints.
