Land Company & Project Advisors
STONE HARBOR HAS PLANNED, DEVELOPED, AND COMPLETED a portfolio of residential and commercial projects throughout Fairfield (CT) and Westchester (NY) Counties. Each project has been recognized for exceptional design and craftsmanship. The words Stone, a hard substance that will last forever, and Harbor, a sheltered place of refuge, were chosen for the name of our company to show our commitment to creating fine homes and buildings that will last for generations.
STONE HARBOR LAND COMPANY focuses on one to two residential projects at a time. We start by selecting sites that address our priorities of desirability, convenience (to schools, activities, and shopping), privacy, and beauty. Our award-wining architect then designs a unique home appropriate for the site and neighborhood. Our subcontractor partners work with the finest materials to build a home to demanding specifications. Finally, our landscape professionals finish the property with tasteful landscaping. Over the last fifteen years Stone Harbor has earned multiple awards of excellence from the Home Builders Association of Connecticut, the National Association of Home Builders, and Professional Builder Magazine.
STONE HARBOR PROJECT ADVISORS helps guide organizations through the planning, budgeting, and construction management of multi-million dollar capital projects. Services can be tailored to specific needs including architect, engineer and contractor selections, budget tracking, value engineering, regulatory approvals, contract negotiation, project supervision, and LEED certification. In most cases our fee structure will be significantly less than the savings achieved from our recommendations.
